MyDoorman Subject Labels:    

MyDoorman keeps you informed of the action it has taken on all e-mails by placing a MyDoorman label at the end of the subject of all e-mails.  The form of this label is {action code}.  The following is an explanation of these label codes:

 

Subject labels on E-mail that gets to your INBOX:    

{GUEST LIST} = E-mail was from someone on your GUEST LIST

{Domain AnyWord} = The e-mail came from a domain that contains the DOMAIN Key of Anyword which you had established.

{Skeleton AnyWord} = You had a SKELETON KEY defined that lets the word AnyWord get through to your Inbox

{Subject AnyWord} = You had a SUBJECT KEY defined that lets the word AnyWord get through to your Inbox

{1st reply PIK} = Someone that you asked to include a PENDING INBOX KEY in the subject of his E-mail did just that and you sent him a thank-you reply.

{1st reply QAK} = Someone that you asked to include the answer to a question in the subject of his E-mail did just that and you sent him a thank-you reply.

{USER} = You were asked and you answered a question that allowed this to enter your Inbox

{RTS} = A notice that you received because an E-mail you sent from your e-mail program, was not delivered

{Personal Key} =  You had required the Sender of this E-mail to include a Key that is unique for him, in the Subject of all E-mails he sends to you.

 

 

Subject labels on e-mail that goes to the PENDING List:

With Refusals sent: (ending in x => labeled but not sent)

                                      (-H means Header only was reviewed)

{PEND-R I} = Initial Unqualified Refusal included instructions on how to get to your Inbox. Each person only receives a one of these messages before they simply get a Subsequent Refusal saying their e-mail was not delivered to you.

{PEND-R S} = Subsequent Refusal simply says their mail was not delivered to you and suggests they review the Initial Refusal the got.

{PEND-R SS} = You have chosen to BLOCK this person, but he still got a Subsequent Stranger Refusal saying his mail was not delivered to you.

{PEND-R SK} = This is a person that you have chosen to BLOCK but who used a valid Key.  He still got a Subsequent Stranger Refusal saying his mail was not delivered to you.

 

No Refusals sent: (-H means Header only was reviewed)

 

{PEND-NR P} = This address has previously proven to be an address that does not accept return e-mails so we did not send another refusal message. 

{PEND-NR S} = This is a person you have chosen to BLOCK such that they do not receive any more refusal messages.

{PEND-NR X} = The return e-mail address is empty or does not contain @

{PEND-NR Y} = The return e-mail address is yourself so no refusal message is necessary

{PEND-NR F} = This signifies that we have found a Bad Return Address as the Refusal we sent was not received by the person we sent it to, however, we can tell from this email who we sent the refusal to and we will not send any more refusals to them.

{PEND-NR U} = This signifies that we have found a Bad Return Address and  we are unable to tell from this message who we sent the refusal to.

{PEND-NR M} = This was as e-mail from another MyDoorman and your MyDoorman has responded appropriately.
